At Chick-fil-A, Supervisors are responsible for Leading the team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience.
Supervisors are responsible for overseeing assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant; following established opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Must learn and demonstrate the operational skills of the job with excellence before being released into the leadership position.
Ensures that all team members follow food recipes and food safety requirements throughout each shift.
Ensures that Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
Ensures that Team Members work at a fast pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
Ensures that workstations are clean and sanitized at all times.
Ensures that all daily checklists and responsibilities are completed before end of shift.
Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
Ensures that Team Members monitor the cleanliness of the kitchen and overall facility cleanliness.
Perform any of the tasks above as required throughout shift.
Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with honor, dignity and respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
Communicates employee performance and policy adhesion, as well as follows handbook policies with accountability for team members.
Learns and provides disciplinary actions when policy is not followed.
Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
Leads with intentionality and stewardship to set the best example for the team members.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
