Pay:
Starting at $18.
00/hour (based on academic credits and verifiable previous employment) we offer a pay progression that gets you to $27-29 per hour upon graduation!Note:
If an HNI member is accepted into the Program at their current hourly rate, and that rate exceeds the rate they would have received upon entering the program, the Member will maintain merit eligibility until their related instruction and OJL hours advance to a higher hourly rate capped at $27.
00 per hour.
At that point, the Member will no longer be eligible for merit and will align to the Apprentice Program wage progression process.
During your apprenticeship, we also review your pay x2 per year for raises based on your progression through the program.
Off-shift opportunities receive an additional $1.
50/hour shift differential.
Shift:
must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Weekends.
Each rotation will be assigned a shift, but we do ask you to be flexible from time to time.
About the program!In our Maintenance Apprenticeship Program, you will develop the skills to provide support to our manufacturing and distribution facilities for issues relating to, but not limited to:
mechanical, electrical, conveyor, PLC, fabrication, automation, industrial and motor controls.
We leverage an online curriculum platform, so it makes your technical training much more flexible and work-life balanced!With additional vendor partnerships locally along with our own in-house HNI capabilities, come experience an apprenticeship program like no other!What will you do and learn?Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production and any specialized equipment involving:
HydraulicsPneumaticsPower Transmission, Lubrication and PumpsInstrument/Vision Systems (Repair, Install, and Troubleshoot)Piping and plumbingElectrical TheoryMechanicalOperationsMotors, Automation and Robotics(Maintain and Repair)Paint Oven Process Heating, Paint Oven Controls and TroublesWhat is expected?Flexibility be willing to learn and rotate through multiples roles within the facilitySafety comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures; meet the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
