Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Develop and maintain project schedules, including task assignments and timelines - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success - Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments - Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders Requirements:

years of Utility Scale Solar Project Management Experience - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices - Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality We offer competitive compensation packages for qualified candidates.
