3-5 shifts per week (8 hours each).
Flexibility to work during all typical store open hours (10am-8pm Mon-Sat, 11am-6pm Sun) Description:
o Provide consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
o Maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features.
o Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
o Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including:
completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
o Greeting/Queue Management o Packing/Fulfillment o Inventory Runner/Stocker o In-Store Pickup & Curbside o Accessory Sales o Post-Sales Support (e.

Device Setup, Accessory Install, etc) o BPK (Bill Payment Kiosk) Support SECONDARY JOB DUTIES:
o General Device Purchases o Refunds, Exchanges, CLNR (Certified Like-New Replacements) REQUIREMENTS:
o Customer service and/or sales experience o One or more years of relevant work experience o Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail o Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment.
o Computer/POS proficiency EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
o Minimum - High school diploma or GED.
o Preferred - Associates Degree LOGISTICS:
This position (at 32-40 hours per week) requires - o Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and to pick up an additional shift, if necessary o Willingness to work across two locations within close proximity to one another (based on business needs).
