We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Associates.
As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various retail tasks.
This is a temporary position with the opportunity for potential future employment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Demonstrate knowledge of wireless, electronics, jewelry, or other specific product categories as applicable - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional phone etiquette - Basic knowledge of cash register operations and cash handling procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Please note that this is a seasonal position with varying hours based on business needs.
The duration of employment may range from a few weeks to several months.
