Responsibilities:
Assists all incoming calls and directs them as appropriate.
Exhibits professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Updates addresses in the computer from returned mail.
Updates list of all staff extensions and frequently called numbers.
Performs miscellaneous tasks such as scanning front desk paperwork, etc.
Displays a caring and helpful attitude when interacting with patients, vendors, and fellow employees.
Strives to build cooperative partnerships, by treating all people both inside and out of CHC as a customer.
Experience:
Equivalent of one year of full-time experience as a switchboard operator, receptionist, secretary or clerk, preferably in a medical office setting.
