Production Supervisor
This position will work 3rd shift (hours are 10:
30 pm to 7:
00 am) Overtime is likely.

Production Supervisor - Some weekend work may be required.
Resource needs to be capable of coordinating, scheduling, and providing leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks required to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives.
Required:
4-year degree in any field.
Must have previous supervisor experience, leading teams along with manufacturing experience.
Looking for candidates with team-building and union experience.
3-5 years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience is required.
MS Office experience, including Excel.
Must have great people skills and a great communicator.
Looking for candidates comfortable with leading hourly employees and working in a factory environment.
If candidates do not have production supervisory experience, would like to consider candidates who have manufacturing experience who are interested in getting into supervisor type roles.
Would prefer these candidates to have a 4-year degree in manufacturing, industrial technology or business management fields.
