In this role, you'll be the linchpin in managing the financial health of our hospitality properties and ensuring seamless transactions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes for a variety of properties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Implement efficient billing and invoicing procedures, ensuring timely collection of receivables while maintaining strong intercompany and vendor relationships.
Coordinate with property managers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to tenant billing and payments.
Manage intercompany and vendor relationships, processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner, while negotiating favorable payment terms.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, providing insights into cash flow, aging receivables, and payment trends.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial forecasting and budgeting efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and/or 3
years of accounting experience.
Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable management, preferably in a real estate or property management setting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
