Personable person needed from 8:

00 AM, Mon.
-Fri.
to do maintenance for exclusive office building in downtown Moline, Ill area.
Clean out fountain, add water and start fountain for the day.
Cleaning exterior walkways, sidewalks, landscaping, removing/dispose debris, trash, tree branches and cleaning dust/insects off exterior windows.
Parking Ramp will need dust down cobwebs and other insects on lights and blowing the ramp clean of leaves and debris.
Cleaning exterior trash containers around the property and replace with clean bags.
Some landscaping like mulching, weed control, shrub/flower planting, trimming shrubs, cleaning sitting areas and tables will be required.
Inside property includes inspecting 3 stairwells and 4 elevators for cleanliness, lights and if not clean/fix.
Ability to do painting, ceiling tile replacements and other odd jobs.
Checking all restrooms, hallways, gym, kitchens, vacant for water leaks, light replacements and replace/repair where needed or add to maintenance list.
Listing all maintenance items that need to be performed/fixed for ordering materials and for scheduling.
Ability to schedule and complete repairs as well as tracking the job with daily records from start to finish with pictures.
Back up morning cleaning staff to fill in if they are sick, to remove interior trash bags, dusting, window cleaning and vacuum.
Direct report to the Property Manager with daily report updates and/or completions.
Will need to have own tools however materials will be purchased as needed.
Need to climb ladders and lift 30-40 lbs.
Must have own transportation.
Government background checks mandatory.
Pay is every 2 weeks at $20.
