Must have a year of apartment Maintenance.
This is a temp to perm position.
Looking for someone who can do Carpentry work, Small Electrical work, Plumbing work, Appliance maintenance, lawncare and snow removal.
This is a PART TIME:
position working 15-30 hours a week with weekends on call:

Will need to be able to travel to Bettendorf, Davenport, Moline and Rock Island.
Must have own transportation.
Background check will be conducted before starting.
Paying $18-$22 an hour depending on experience.
