The Manufacturing Engineer (Controls Engineer) position will support manufacturing, quality and factory automation tasks in the row unit assembly area throughout the duration of the row line 2.0 development project. Engineers will support factory operations and will be required to have full factory PPE.


Requirements:

Daily support for urgent production issues related to automation and controls

Provide assistance to unit tier 1 support (maintenance skilled trades)

Intermediate troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems

Intermediate understanding of controls hardware and networks

Intermediate understanding of electrical design and ability to read/interpret schematics

Intermediate understanding PLC programming

Troubleshoot integration of shop floor equipment and tooling into MES and PLC's

Communicate lessons learned and common issue resolution with unit tier 1 support

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
