Human Resource Coordinator

Position: HR Coordinator - 26308
Type: Contract/12+ years

Description:
Handles tactical aspects of Human Resources processes such as maintaining employee data, tracking and extracting data, preparing reports, scheduling and other such activities

Duties:
Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources such as maintaining employee records, tracking and extracting data, scheduling and other such activities
Assists in routine staffing activities such as screening resumes, phone screens, scheduling of various phases of hiring process including testing and interviews, tracking relevant data, and other such staffing activities
Coordinates scheduling of training classes, invitations to attendees, tracking and reporting of training hours and required courses, and other such training related activities
Assists employees with daily issues such as answering general questions and helping with forms and processes
Maintains confidential data and is able to distinguish when and to whom it can be released.
Prepares management reports
Utilizes Human Resource tools such as SAP and Business Objects to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information

Requirements:
Clerical experience
Experience with data comparison
Ability to perform data sorting
Experience in Human Resources
Must have HR tactical knowledge
Ability to operate technical computer programs
Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and advanced communication skills

Specific Position Requirements:
This position provides the administrative support to the campus recruiting process
This position may also provide support to our mid-career recruiting team by dispatching requisition, prepping requirements and completing initial candidate review
Complete tracking of candidates to prepare for 2nd round interviews
Assists with the 2nd round interview process which includes managing calendars, updating spreadsheets, coordinating schedules, updating files, etc
Maintains and updates records of volunteer recruiting teams
Creates and maintains the campus pooling requisitions at the direction of the University Relations Recruiters
Provides back office and administrative support during the college recruitment process
Exercise a proficiency with MS Office and experience with Taleo is preferred
Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent with 3-4 years experience in an administrative support role
Some College or College degree preferred
Must understand the importance of confidentiality
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
