Manager, Learning and Development (15998)

Impact the entire organization by having a seat at the Management table! Our client has created a new position for a Manager, Learning and Development. This is a hands-on learning and development department of one! Will develop, deliver and oversee all training and development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Confer with leadership, managers and employees to identify and assess all training and developmental needs
Make recommendations for training and development needs
Develop, design, and deliver the New Hire Orientation and On-boarding programs
Create curriculum programs to offer learning and development opportunities
Develop and deliver training products and services for the organization
Conduct training and hold follow-up review meetings to advise on next steps with regard to further development
Develop evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training to gauge effectiveness
Maintain online training system and a training database on employees
Create a recognition program to encourage participation in learning and development
Prepare training budget
Ensure compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication or Organizational Development
Minimum of four years work experience in training or learning and development
Prior human resources experience highly preferred
Financial services experience strongly desired
Salary: $56,000 - $75,000 per year.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
