Experienced Lead Maintenance & Assistant Maintenance Tech

A leader in apartment management, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, diligent, Lead Maintenance& Assistant Maintenance Tech. The chosen candidates must possess the following skills: must be able to diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC (EPA Certification), basic - intermediate plumbing, basic - intermediate electrical (when no license is required), sheetrock, general carpentry, pool care, pest control, roof and gutter repair, wallpaper/painting, foundation and sidewalk repairs, irrigation and maintenance repairs, and landscaping, excellent customer service skills, and good verbal communication skills. Must have EPA certification, Type I and II, Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance, pest control (if performed in-house), other licenses and certifications as required by state or federal law. You must furnish your own tools. The job expectations below are not all inclusive of the position.

o All other duties assigned by the Community ManagerEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
