The Auditor assists the Client Service Department in providing excellent customer service to our clients by handling all aspects of the transaction processing procedures in a timely and efficient manner. This position works within a 2 day SLA's and must be comfortable with high volume very detailed work driven by deadlines.
Some
Responsibilities:
Based on client specifications administer the claim process including matching claim to PA, auditing the claim, data entry and verifying input.
Confirming correct proof of performance was submitted; confirming amounts requested for payment based on invoices submitted, ad rates, and exchange rates.
Run and verify all client reports; run and verify customer statements and detail reports; run and verify letters.
Collate client reports, customer statement and detail reports and mail accordingly.
File CCI copies of reports and letters.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Minimum 2-4 years' experience with heavy data entry and batch processing
Minimum 3 years office experience - accounting or financial background a plus
Excellent organization skills
Must work well with detailed procedures in a fast paced environment
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
Must enjoy learning new processes and being challenged
This is a full time position Monday through Friday during normal business hours. This position starts at $11.00/hour with full benefits. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
