The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.
Your Responsibilities
- Learns how to identify, analyze and apply information to support strategic business process/plans.
- Participates in training.
- Participates in developmental assignments to gain experience.
- Assists management in identifying issues and proposing resolutions.
- Performs activities according to project plans and schedule.
What Skills You Need
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering and other may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
- Graduation date of 2022 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- 10-20 hours/week during the academic year
- 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
- Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
- Knowledge of corrective action processes (8D)
- Knowledge of the statistical data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of root cause and failure mode identification
- Proficiency with MS Office
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with heavy machinery or agricultural products
- Experience with team leadership (can include project or group work)
- Familiar with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) (can include classroom knowledge)
- Quality engineering experience
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T)
- Programming language experience (Python, SQL, etc)
