The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.

Your Responsibilities

  • Learns how to identify, analyze and apply information to support strategic business process/plans.
  • Participates in training.
  • Participates in developmental assignments to gain experience.
  • Assists management in identifying issues and proposing resolutions.
  • Performs activities according to project plans and schedule.

What Skills You Need

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering and other may apply
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
  • Graduation date of 2022 or later
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
  • 10-20 hours/week during the academic year
  • 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
  • Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
  • Knowledge of corrective action processes (8D)
  • Knowledge of the statistical data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of root cause and failure mode identification
  • Proficiency with MS Office

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience with heavy machinery or agricultural products
  • Experience with team leadership (can include project or group work)
  • Familiar with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) (can include classroom knowledge)
  • Quality engineering experience
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances (GD&T)
  • Programming language experience (Python, SQL, etc)
